Our work is to excel at customizing a grazing tables to fit your event’s needs. Display items, candles, marble boards, wooden boards, and any other ornaments required for the event’s theme are all part in the styling and set up.
Our Catering Menu content:
- Assorted bread rolls, sliced loaves, whole loaves, bread sticks and crackers.
- A variety of cold meats, including Prosciutto, Salami and Leg Ham.
- Assorted marinated or pickled vegetables.
- A cheese platter with a variety of national and imported cheese, typically including 3 varieties, such as Manchego, Swiss, Sweet, Parmesan, Gouday, Dutch.
- Vegetable grilled medley and quinoa salad.
- Assorted wafers, dried fruits and nuts.
- Assorted olive and marinated vegetables, such as Sicilian Olives, Giardinera, Cornichons or Caper Berries.
- A selection of fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs for both decorations and consumption.
For an additional charge you can add our optional extras such smoked salmon, sweets, and seasonal products that will work well with your table.
